All products purchased can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery. • The item(s) does not match the original specification of the product.
Color/size exchange of the same article purchased online is possible at bubblesandcuddles outlet provided it is notified within 3 days of delivery by writing to lovebubblesandcuddles@gmail.com or by calling at 0328-1499994
At bubblesandcuddles each claim is catered to on a case-to-case basis. Our support team is available for your assistance from 9:00 AM to 5:30 P.M (Mon-Fri). In case of a defected/faulty/damaged item, the product will be replaced, provided photographic evidence is shared via email; at lovebubblesandcuddles@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges may not be allowed under the following circumstances;
• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
Product is damaged because of use.
• Product has been tampered with.
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
